Καμάρα (Kamara) cave suites

A cave suite defined by its deep sense of history and solid, timeless architecture. Thick, original whitewashed walls and a striking centerpiece crafted from native Milos wood create a calm, grounding atmosphere throughout the space.

The suite features a private balcony area, offering a pleasant outdoor spot to sit and enjoy the quiet village surroundings. Inside, the room includes a mini-fridge and all modern essentials for a comfortable stay.

The “Bird’s Nest” Bathroom
The bathroom offers a rare glimpse into local tradition. Once used by residents as a nesting room for birds, this unique space has been transformed into a modern luxury bathroom. The original wall niches, where the birds were kept, remain visible inside the walk-in Cycladic shower, blending living history with contemporary design.

Located in the historic Kamara neighborhood (“The Arch”), this cave suite is part of an area known for its underground dwellings and traditional architecture. It provides a quiet, authentic base just a short drive from the crystal-clear waters of Sarakiniko and Mandrakia.
